


Flow & Fleurs | Sept 3rd (Sunset Yoga)
Join us at Heirloom Heathers Flower Farm on the eve of September 3rd at 6-7pm.
Together we will practice a Vinyasa styled yoga class but slowed way down intentionally allowing you to intentionally connect to your mind, body, breath and take in the beauty of Heathers Farm. This class is welcome to all levels of yogis; from beginners to advanced. Each practice will have options for pose modifications allowing you to truly find your ideal posture. Expect to be surrounded by beautiful summer blooms & leave practice feeling uplifted and empowered.
About your instructor:
Taylor had been teaching yoga within Durham Region since early 2023 after receiving her 200hr Sacred Earth Yoga Teacher Training in Guatemala. She has a background in ecosystem management technology and loves to incorporate the beauty of natures teachings within her practices. Her love for yoga & Mother Nature weaves in a unique practice that will have positive lasting effects.
Also a member of the Heirloom Heather team.. she can’t wait to get to practice with you and “Flow de Fleurs”

- Cancellations welcome up to 24hrs before event, later cancelations may result in loss of exchange or a saved class to use at a later date
- In event of serious weather conditions you will be contacted
- This is an outdoor experience and a little sprinkle of rain is possible to occur. Always keeping your safety in mind!
- Please come prepared to start class at 6pm with a water bottle, yoga mat and any other props you wish to have. Guests are welcome to arrive by 5:45 to set up for practice.
- Be comfortable, cozy and have fun within this new found yoga community
